My roommate has a new girlfriend. I went to bed last night and he was still out with her. I woke up around 2am to get some water and walked in on him in the den making out with her. I didnt have my contacts in but I saw skin.

Ummm... I like to sit on the couch just about every day. I dont want to sit in your love juices. Please take it to your room.

Defendant Arguments [Feb 16, 2010]

It's a little bit hard (thats what she said) to get her to my room (railroad apt) when I have to cut through your room to get there. She wasnt sleeping over so I wasnt going to parade her through your room, hook up with her, and then walk her back through your room.

She had her shirt off. Big deal. You sitting on the couch tonight will be the closest you come to touching a boob in 3 years.
