Plaintiff Arguments [Jun 30, 2009]

Defendent bailed on a planned trip that we have for the entire year. We've been discussing going away for the 4th of the July weekend. Then at the last minute, he tells me that he can't go.

Defendant Arguments [Jul 1, 2009]

Plantiff seems to think that this has been discussed for a year, when in fact it has only been discussed since the beginning of this year. Therefore, has only been 7 months. His memory also seems to fail him that he knew I was going to be moving and explained over 2 months ago that I wasn't going to be able to go. And we even discussed going the weekend after.
